MIBCO AMENDED MAIN AGREEMENT

We have received the main collective agreement pertaining to the Motor Industry Bargaining Council that was promulgated in the Government Gazette (Gazette No. 30538) on the 7th of December 2007. The agreement is binding in terms of section 31 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, on the parties which concluded the agreement, and shall be binding on non parties in the same industry with effect from 10 December 2007 and for the period ending 31 August 2010.
